a piece of paper

A piece of paper went flying out of nowhere and dropped on the floor in the MRT.

Auntie picked it up and read it.

Auntie asked a tourist who was sitting whether the paper belongs to her.

The tourist shook her head.

The tourist then exited the train together with her friends.

And the inconsiderate Auntie simply threw the paper back on the floor again.

And the piece of paper went flying again~

2008

have not been blogging for few weeks le... ever since turn of 2008.. have been busy wif work..seems like everything is planned out for the month of january.. oso fell sick during this period of time...

so what has happened?

- I had a inner struggle with myself regarding work. Well I managed to get over it now.. haha partly because I managed to setup something successfully... haha~~

- I had a realli pekchek time with transport these few weeks...got a lot of points to grumble about transport...here it goes~

=> if you ever notice at the bus stop, there are people always flagging the bus. I always thought that flagging the bus means that you wish to inform the driver that you want to board the bus...AND NOT ASKING THE DRIVER TO STOP THE BUS IN FRONT OF YOU~~... when the bus is approaching..you can see a lot of people flagging their hands.. n keep shaking them... *shakes head* How in the world can the meaning of bus flagging turn to that?

=> As I take public transport this week..i keep wondering whether singapore population is really 4.5 million.. i mean..it should be much much more rite... seeing every bus that passes my bus stop being fully occupied every other morning... having to squeeze into the NEL trains every morning...seeing all the seats in the train taken up at 10pm every other night.. sometimes when i see a fully packed train.. i think whether it is better to have a car of my own..but come to think of it..having a car realli empties your wallet...with ERPs popping up everywhere..even in heartlands.. imagine the feeling of paying ERP whenever you just wish to go home... that is a damn sad thing...

=> Read in the new paper about ppl buying cars because of the cab fare hike... seems like is a vicious cycle.. more cars -> higher erp -> more ppl taking public transport (where does all those ppl come from???) -> higher transport fees -> higher cab fares -> more cars -> .......

- tats all about transport... recently a relative of mine just passed away..ermm he can be considered a distant relative i shld say...nonetheless.. kinda feel sad..especially when he has been leading a very healthy life.. sighz...

- finally received my credit cards this month.. now then i know the feeling of having a credit card..it is really really very easy to overspend when using credit cards.. is so easy...just autograph on receipts will do..

- attended a feedback session on my work and company.. i must say for now i am pretty satisfied with what i am doing =)

If given a choice, will you let yourself or your other half die first?

Personally, I will rather she die first because I feel that being alone in this world knowing that your other half has passed away is worse than death..

st *****

Went st ***** on saturday with mary and common friends...it turns out that I was the only guy there 0_0

anyway the saturday trip was my first time to st *****...and i am pretty sure that it will be my last time. It sucks totally... and i mean totally.. The drinks are expensive and the music sucks. They have several eating places there which i think the prices must be TLBH (tai liang bang huey). But I must admit.. it is a great business idea to encompass everything into one place. I guess that this place is a great place to have business talks in their small and expensive KTV rooms..haha

n the worst thing on saturday is that I kanna checked wherever I go...and i mean EVERYWHERE. It seems like I realli look too young =P.. they keep asking me for my IC and when I produce my IC...one of them even doubted me...ask me for my IC number.... *faintz*

Mary and I managed to experience the new cab fare increase..seeing the cab fare increase by 20 cents each time is indeed a new but undesirable experience.. No wonder most taxi drivers are complaining of drop in business..but i wonder how true that is...

din have time recently to 'decorate' my blog.. anyway is december period.. wonder whether the others are realli working or just acting busy...haha

suddenly wanna talk about this matter.. well is not considered a matter.. as what i have always told mary.. i always believe that god is fair to everyone. Often I heard ppl complaining that life is unfair etc.. but personally I strongly believe that when you are given something, something will also be taken from you. The same goes for vice versa. What goes around definitely comes around. You might feel that things are always taken from you and yet you are not given anything back in return. Well I feel that the things might not be given back to you. They might be given to your family or children but it is just that you dunno it yet.

A lot of incidents happened and those incidents even enforce my thinking of fairness. So probably if you are feeling down and think that life is unfair to you, think again. Think of those moments where life is actually fair to you but just that u din realise it...

Just my one and half cent of thoughts... =O
